Carach Angren - Blood Queen

Crowning the "Blood Queen" seems to be a ritual at smaller Carach Angren concerts, wherein Seregor drinks 'blood' from a mutilated mannequin and then picks a woman in the audience to... transfer it to... via the mouth...

Anyway it sounds like a terrible idea given the current climate. RIP Seregor.
