Contrary to popular belief, a modern!Louis would not, in fact, cross-dress or partake in drag. His penchant for pancake makeup, big hair, and tall heels is largely a sign of his times (though admittedly amped to 100 and then hopped up on steroids).

Which is a crying shame because he is damn fun to dress up.
