It wouldn't be a Laz'ab AU without the opportunity for body horror, and since Crowley's got the snake covered, Laz's hair is just spiders. Quite literally spiders, when it's time to check back Down Below. Nothing says 'that's a spider nest on his goddamn head' like a glam mullet.
