Just an excuse to draw Ethon looking shmancy with a ton of medals, really. Based on Field Marshal Zhukov from 'The Death of Stalin' (2017) as portrayed by Jason Isaacs ... who, as it turns out, is not a bad reference for the Altmer in the first place.
